Shipping policy

Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it.

Production & Shipping Times

Custom (made-to-order) products: production and shipping take 10–15 business days. We send a proof for your approval before shipping.

Ready-made items marked "within 48 hours shipping" ship within 48 hours of your order.

Shipping Cost

United States: free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50: Economy $4.90 (up to 5 lb) or $19.90 (5–70 lb); Standard $6.90 (up to 1 lb) or $9.90 (1–5 lb).

Worldwide: free shipping on orders of $140 or more. The free-shipping offer applies to shipping rates of up to $30; if the rate for your selected shipping method is higher than $30, that rate is charged at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Important to Note:

• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately at info@customfeltpet.com if you need to make a change
• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
