1. Choose your style
   Needle felt, pipe cleaner, or hand-painted portrait. Pick the look that fits your pet and the memory you want to keep.

2. Pick size & options
   Choose head portrait, bust, or full-body, plus frame and size. We’ll show what’s included on each product page.

3. Upload a clear photo
   Front-facing or a clear profile works best. Natural light, pet face large in the frame. You can add 1–3 photos.

4. Approve the proof
   We sculpt by hand in about 3–4 weeks, then send a proof for your approval before shipping. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $140.
