Maintenance Q&A💡

  • Is it well package?

    Portrait product is wrapped by multiple layers of polyethylene foam, and placed in a three-layer extra-hard kraft paper box to prevent damage from collisions.

  • How to maintain wool felt?

    Use a soft-bristled brush to remove surface dust to maintain the bright color and appearance of wool fabrics. If small balls of wool on the surface because of friction, please trim them with scissors carefully.

  • Can we clean wool felt？

    Yes. It can be washed with cold water and pressed gently with hands. If it's particularly dirty, you can gently scrub it.

    Please keep in cool and dry place after cleaning, to protect from damp and direct sunlight.
